She is skilled in behavioural observation, data collection, and contributing to functional behaviour assessments under clinical supervision of Jennifer Langdon (Clinical Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Supervisor). Grounded in trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based practices, Sarah brings a compassionate and respectful approach to her work. She is actively building her expertise in behaviour support planning and implementation, with a focus on improving quality of life and emotional wellbeing for those she supports. Her work aligns with contemporary NDIS behaviour support practices and the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework. In addition to her professional strengths, Sarah brings a passion for the creative arts, which informs her holistic view of mental health and complements her therapeutic work.</image:caption>
