  • Training and coaching for carers, support workers, and family members — supported by a full PBS Training Manual created by our team.

Training for Parents, Caregivers, Support Workers, SIL and Allied Health Teams

  • We offer engaging, practical Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training either in person (or via Zoom )— designed specifically for parents, informal carers, support workers, Supported Independent Living (SIL) staff, and allied health professionals.

  • This training is currently delivered as a comprehensive 8-hour program.

    By investing a full day up front for your NDIS team, you will:

  • Build the skills and confidence needed to implement PBS strategies immediately

  • Avoid confusion and reduce mistakes that often delay progress

  • Save time, reduce stress, and minimise disruptions long-term by setting a strong foundation from the beginning
